The Details:

- weekly rental is a $250 (non-refundable)
- suggested door is $5
- door proceeds are split 50/50 with SLIP and artist
- any other earnings are 25/75 SLIP and artist


Rental includes:

- full access to art space from 9pm-5am, Monday though Sunday
- lovely host for every performance
- we are willing to work with you and try our best to cater to your specific needs
- amazing location surrounded by constant nightlife
- close to j/m/z f/v
- 3 shows a night- 21 shows a week!
- space to sell your work during/between shows
- 350 square foot storefront

- floor to ceiling storefront window
- expansive storefront window as your audience too!
- bathroom, sink, refrigerator
- complimentary (to you and your audience) hors d'ourves and tea!


To apply:

Just tell us what you want to do! Please do this in any form you see fit. Send a statement about yourself and be as specific as possible with how you will be using the space every night. This can be in the form of a video, short story, email with your artwork attached, slip an explanation under the door of the theatre, etc. Make it precise- how many people are performing, what will you be doing to promote your show, what equipment will you be providing,etc.  Keep in mind specific DOES NOT mean limited; We are open to everything!!
